All Slides Haus Wear products are made to order with our print partner Printify. This helps us reduce waste and keep each piece special.

Processing time

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipping within 2–7 business days after you place your order.

Estimated delivery times

Most items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. After dispatch, delivery estimates are shown at checkout and can vary by destination and product. As a general guide:
  • Germany: typically 5–10 business days
  • United States: typically 5–10 business days
  • Timeframes may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or customs checks (US).

We currently ship to Germany and the United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are shown/calculated at checkout and may vary by product and destination.
  • Germany: €4.99 standard shipping (free shipping on orders over €50 (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • United States: shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are fulfilled by different production partners.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, this will include a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders within the European Union generally do not incur customs duties. Orders shipped outside the EU (for example to the UK or US) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays, lost, or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at kristin@slideshauswear.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you on a suitable solution in line with our returns and refund policy.
